Who’s Eligible for ECO4?
Benefit route
If you (or someone in your household) receives a qualifying benefit such as:
Universal Credit, Income Support, Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA), Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), Pension Credit, Working Tax Credit, Child Tax Credit, Housing Benefit.
Low income route
Even if you don’t claim benefits, you could still qualify if your household income is considered low, which is under £31,000.
Eligible properties must typically have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of D, E, F, or G; the least efficient homes.
Health condition route
Even if you don’t claim benefits, you could still qualify if:
Someone in your household has a long-term health condition affected by the cold, such as respiratory issues, heart problems, arthritis, disabilities, or limited mobility.
EPC and Home Heating
And EPC rating D–G or no EPC.
If your home is:

Off the mains gas grid (e.g. oil or electric heating)
